Hmmm, so it would appear that I am not very good at regularly writing. Better not give up my other job to become a writer. Ooops, have given up my day job! Not to become a writer though. Am going to devote more of my life to our children and our farm. There is just too much in our lives, something had to give and in the end, it was my job. Cross your fingers for us that it all works out for the best! Life here is so incredibly busy, thank goodness for Julia (my thermie), she really does make life easier. Current thermie favourites are lemon curd from the edc, pancakes of course and recently I have started making moussaka, with meat and white sauces prepared in Julia. Mmmmm, yum!
